Winemaking: Soft pressing, decantation of the must prior to low temperature. Start fermentation in stainless steel, the end of fermentation in oak barrels placed in the ancient caves of tufa company. Maturation: 9 months in oak barrels. Refinement: In bottle for 6 months. Longevity: It benefits a few years of aging.
Color: Intense golden yellow. Perfume: Olfactory impact elegant, complex, with hints of white fruit, citrus, butter and hazelnut. Taste. Wine decidedly full-bodied, soft and pleasantly fresh with a lingering finish of fruit and vanilla.
Food pairings: All savory dishes with strong flavors, perfect with onion soup, Tuscan Ribollita soup of farro and chickpeas, cod to Livorno, baked goose farmer's, pappardelle with wild boar.
