We send our products internationally as our bottles are packed in Luvit original wooden cages, protected by special anti-breakage material and insulated from jumps in temperature.
And now it’s time to talk about our wine. Prosecco Millesimato Luvit has been granted with the prestigious D.O.C.G. designation (guaranteed and verified origin) of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Area (Treviso province – Italy)
This wine is made with Glera grapes, harvested in Valdobbiadene’s area, which microclimate is unique and perfect to grow vine grapes. Millesimato Luvit grapes are manually harvested. Yeld per hectare is 135 quintals/hectare. After 6 months a dry, delicate and fragrant wine comes from its wort. Its colour is delicate straw yellow and its perlage is fine and lasting. Its aroma is fine and delicate. This wine brings out the best features of traditional Prosecco. Its taste is dry, pleasant and smooth on the palate. Prosecco Millesimato can definitely be considered as an important, harmonious and delicious wine, which can be perfect even for the most demanding palate. It is the ideal companion throughout the meal and the perfect choice for a refined Italian aperitif. It brings out its character when matched with ham, raw fish, cheese and jams. At best with fish preparations both raw and grilled but it can also match white meat or tartare preparations. Serving temperature is very important: Prosecco Millesimato Luvit is to be served cool in a medium size tulip. During meals it has to be kept in a wine cooler. We suggest to drink our wine within 18 months from bottling date (please refer to bottling information you will find inside the wooden cage). We frequently bottle our Prosecco, which then ripes for 3 months in our cellars before being sold. This procedure grants a fresh wine in optimal conditions for being stocked and then consumed. Our Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Luvit is a great Italian wine, which brings out its Italian tradition at its best. A taste of Italy in a glass of wine.
