Production area: Badesi Origin: Obtained from grapes picked up at the right maturity after 1 or 2 passages in the vineyard for thinning out the grapes. Grapes variety: Cannonau, Muristeddu, Monica, Girò Grape Harvest: hand-pickup in fruit crates during second half of October Vinification method: maceration and fermentation for 8 days in inox steel roto-macerator at controlled temperature. Malolactica in inox steel tanks. Followed by a resting period in steel tanks and further refinement in bottle.
