Grape Harvest: end of October Grapes variety: Cannonau, Muristeddu Vinification method: Maceration and fermentation for 10 days in inox steel roto-macerator at controlled temperature. Malolactica in inox steel tanks. Followed by a resting period further refinement in bottles.
Organoleptic qualities: Deep red ruby colour with purple hue. Soft and elegant scent of mediterranean brush, juniper and arbutus (strawberry-tree) with red-berries inkling. Food match: Roasted meat, noble poultry, medium matured cheese and cold cuts.
